你的工作經驗(Work Experience)區塊,絕不只是「我做過什麼」的清單,而是你對團隊、公司、專案所創造價值的證明。
請使用行動動詞(Action Verb)與數據來呈現成果,重點放在成就(Achievement),而非職責本身。

1. 找一位「面試官」來練習(Grab a Partner)

在面試中,我們常常覺得自己必須立刻回答,才能展現知識與自信。但事實上,最好的回答,往往從停頓開始。花一點時間整理思緒,不僅能讓你的回答更有深度,還能展現你的穩重與自信風範。掌握「停頓」這項小技巧,讓你在眾人中脫穎而出!
🤔 為什麼面試中的停頓這麼有力量?
1. Think Before You Speak 三思而後答
A brief pause before you answer can signal that you are thoughtful, composed, and in control of your response. 簡單的停頓,能傳遞出你冷靜思考、有條不紊的態度。
