    104 Job Bank released the "2023 Semiconductor Industry Talent White Paper"
    1. Average monthly shortage amounted to 23,000 people. Finding talents remains challenging in the semiconductor industry, with a demand-supply ratio of 2.3 times, higher than the overall ratio of 1.8 times.
    2. In the semiconductor industry, 8 out of the top 10 job openings are for engineering. Non-engineering professionals could consider entering the industry through sales and business roles.
    3. Ranking first in the five high-paying industries with a growth rate of 35% over the past 14 years, the overall average monthly salary has reached NT$56,256.
