各種愁惱悲苦，勝過AI的人腦計劃，因為我們有感情

1.除了 worried, unhappy, sad外還有
2.藍色憂鬱 blue
英文說blue Monday, 就是指週一上班，人人心情都不好。blue有很多聯想，悲哀, 精神不濟是其中之一。
3.displeased / disappointed 不悅/ 失望
這兩個字算輕度的愁苦
4. 悲傷 / 苦楚 sorrow / woe / distraught
這三個字都頗富詩意, 屬寫作用詞
The distraught of living poor and alone almost drove him crazy.
The woe (悲歌) of unemployment affected many families during the economic recession.
5. 悲情 / 悶悶不樂 / 憂鬱派 melancholy
指性情特色或長期的悲傷色彩，和sad不一樣。
The constant serious and down look on his face won him the nickname "The Prince of Melancholy".
6. 困擾 / 擔心 upset / worried / bothered / disturbed
you are bothering.是在指責對方很煩人, You are bothered是同情對方心情不安，+ing, +ed是完全不同的意思，請謹慎使用，續看下則。
7. 令人沮喪 despairing / distressing / devastating
這類字眼有兩個功用，He is despairing.是指此人令人沮喪 (如某種無可救藥的人物), He is despaired 此人(因某些事)而感覺沮喪，兩者完全不同，說寫錯誤會造成極大的困擾，通常事情，物件用+ing，如This is a distressing book.如果主詞是人，用現在完成，I'm distressed after reading this book.
8. 絶望 / 無計可施 desperate / hopeless
看到這裡可以發現，苦悶、沮喪的字眼多以des 或dis開頭。desperate本身就是形容詞，所以沒有desperating或 desperated 這兩個字，和前述的第6、7條的詞性不同。6-8條的字眼意義相近，而程度不同，如upset只是心情受到打擾，而desperate就嚴重多了，可變換使用。
There is a desperate shortage of teachers in the countryside.
9. 淒淒慘慘戚戚 (李清照, 聲聲慢) sad, bleak and sad
10. 憂鬱症 depression
He is depressed.是指人憂悶，不一定是得憂鬱症, He suffers from depression.才清楚說明他得了憂鬱症。
11. struggle / trial 掙扎, 試煉
In a bad economy, The working class has to struggle to pay their rent.
12. 此情無計可消愁，才下眉頭，卻上心頭 My sorrows are too deep to depart, as they descend from my my eyebrows, they enter my heart.(李清照一剪梅)
