3. Ask Great Questions 準備優質的提問
面試結束時，面試官通常會問：「你有什麼問題嗎？」這是你展示自己對公司和職位真正感興趣的機會。
問一些深入的問題，例如：
“What does success look like in this position after 6 months?”
「這個職位在 6 個月後的成功標準是什麼？」
“How does the team collaborate on projects?”
「團隊如何協作完成專案？」
“Can you tell me more about the company’s approach to professional development?”
「公司對員工的職業發展有什麼支持措施？」
Tip: Avoid asking questions that can be easily answered through a simple online search (e.g., “What does the company do?”). Show that you’ve done your homework and are invested in the role.
提示：避免詢問可以透過公司官網輕易查到的問題（如：「你們公司是做什麼的？」）。顯示你已經做足功課，並對職位充滿熱情。

自信不會一夕之間建立，而是透過準備與練習累積的。準備得越充分，回答時就會越自然、有說服力。在正式面試前，反覆練習你的故事、回答以及提問，確保自己能夠從容應對。當你帶著清晰的計劃和充分的準備步入面試間，你將散發出自信，並給面試官留下深刻印象。
