1. 軟體工程師職涯發展：未來還需要更多軟體開發人才嗎？
在快速變動的 IT 人才市場中，軟體工程師、資料分析師、資安專家這些職缺，在 2023 年都有相當樂觀的職涯前景：根據美國勞動局最新一項報告指出，到了 2028 年，軟體開發職缺預計將成長 21%，晉升為全美成長最快速的職缺類別。
回顧 2022 年第三季，軟體開發與編程職缺幾乎呈現翻倍成長，其餘 IT 類職缺（如系統分析、資料庫設計、平台管理等）只有略微提升；至於數位化程度較低的工作，職缺數則維持不變或減少。
2. 安全的網路應用成為企業首要考量

後疫情時代，只有相對少數的公司迫使員工重返辦公室，整體趨勢來看，全球有越來越多的組織正朝向混合或部分遠端的工作模式。
